A most dominant tool every person in this world has is, his Subconscious Mind. The subconscious mind works like a big storage device and does not voice any arguments. It acts like a mute spectator and does not debate on any point. This phase of being neutral is a principal of each and every action and reactions which our mind desires.
Unluckily most humans in this world have been made to think by our parents in our early childhood and even by our teachers about negative thoughts and also by the conventional typecasts which have been us to limit our thinking.
We have been living in negativity day by day and it has become a part of our life. Every morning we read newspapers and watch TV which are filled of negativity and are unknowingly absorbed by our subconscious mind. It may sound strange, but this world is not just filled with depression but there are also some individuals who have excelled in their life and had started from zero. But media does not showcase them, because they think these stories will not give them the required TRPs.
Now the best thing that you can do is to reprogram your subconscious mind so that you can improve your being in all facets, to get good results in Business, Personal Life, Health and everything. The first thing you should do is to divert your mind to positive thoughts for at least 20 minutes. Think about positive things in the first ten minutes when you get up and ten minutes just before you go to bed.
This is very important because your subconscious mind is the most active during the first few minutes and the last few minutes before going to sleep. You should use this time of the day to meditate and make your mind to focus on positive messages. Your mind is more relaxed and is easily able to receive more good thoughts. Do not think about negative thoughts of the previous day. If you do so it will do nothing good but grow the negativity thereby increasing your stress and anger which will ultimately degrade your health.
Incase you have a thoughtful program which you are not able to solve, just relax and tell you subconscious mind to find a solution to that problem, just before going to sleep. You will be astonished to find that your subconscious mind will definitely find some solution or the other because the answer is already there in the subconscious mind.
A lot of writers have made use of their subconscious mind to write various works. The same way a lot of Scientists have used it to make inventions. Sports persons also make use of subconscious mind in some way. Sports persons imagine winning the game again and again so it subconsciously helps them to win.
Keep one thing in mind that you won’t be able to fool your Subconscious mind. You should always feed it with true things that you would like to develop. If you do not really want to send the message your subconscious mind will not take it.
And at Last do not think that you will be able to change everything within two to three days. It takes time to reprogram your subconscious mind with positive thoughts, because all these years your mind was programmed negatively. If you do not follow this advice meticulously, you will be disappointed.
